Fix for Missing Enrollments on CAN Network Enrollments (Step 1)
Overview of Change
Change will appear on: 03/17/2023
We’ve released a fix that addresses an issue where the Enrollment ID was not always being included when a client was added to a Network enrollment. As a result, there is now a new form for (Step 1: Add Client to Network) where a Network Enrollment is done from the Left hand menu’s Appointment Schedule > CA - Appointment Schedule option. See below screenshots. Selection of an existing OPEN CAN or 211 enrollment will be required. This step will not be needed for Network Enrolments done inside a workflow.

Impact & Necessary Actions
You should adjust your manual appointment creation to select the correct enrollment associated with the CAN appointment being created. 211 Users will only have to do this step if CAN enrollment was not created during the client’s enrollment into the 211 program or the network enrollment has ended.
