Enhancements to the My Case Manager Assignment Feature

Overview of Change

We’ve updated the Case Managers / Mentor screen on all roles where it’s available.

The Case Manager / Mentor selection screen now removes all extra users from administering agencies or training accounts, giving your staff a cleaner, more efficient list. We’ve also introduced the ability to select Case Managers who may not be active users of the CT HMIS database.
