We’ve added a brand new feature to the CT HMIS database’s new Data Quality Alert Framework to allow you to quickly report incorrect alerts from the Data Quality Framework or ask a question about an Alert if you are not sure why it’s being shown and need a helping hand. The “Report an issue/question for this alert” Create Email button has been introduced to quickly escalate an issue or question to the CT HMIS helpdesk for resolution by automatically including the specific Alert ID, Alert Name and your contact info.
