Bug Fixes to the CoC APR, CAPER and HUD CSV Export

Overview of Change

We’ve applied updates to the CoC APR, CAPER and HUD CSV Export

APR/CAPER CHANGES

  • Discrepancy between the SSRS 7b/8b and the export where the export is showing all 0s.
  • Discrepancy is due to the variables (such as @LastWednesdayApril) being declared but not set, which caused enrollment members not being flagged during the last Wednesday case check
  • Impacts “rpt.Export_CoCAPR_ESGCAPER_2023_CSV”
  • Issue with 7a/8a due to looking at HoH’s Move In date DURING report date range when should be ON or PRIOR to Report End Date
  • Impacts stored proc “rpt.Export_CoCAPR_ESGCAPER_2023_CSV” & “rpt.CoCAPR_ESGCAPER_2023”
  • Impacts “CoCAPR_ESGCAPER_2023.rdl” & “CoCAPR_ESGCAPER_2023_ChrHmlss_Youth.rdl”
  • Issue with SSRS link on Main report to Vet Sub Report
  • Impacts “CoCAPR_ESGCAPER_2023.rdl”

HUD CSV CHANGES

- Under the “Program.csv” section, the columns “ContinuumProject” and “HMISParticipatingProject” were including BLANK values when it should not have. We updated the joining criteria to only include programs under the table “ProgramHMIS”.

- No bug but just needed to updated section “Enrollment.csv” to take into account data entry error where enrollment member has multiple At Entry assessments. This was producing the error “The EnrollmentID must be unique within the Enrollment.csv”
