Effective 02/17/2022 there were updates to the values in the CAN Appointment Outcomes. As a result, the CT HMIS - VI-SPDAT 2.0/Coordinated Access Network and Coordinated Exit Quick Guide has been updated to include these changes.

The following values will be added/updated:

1. Referred to Outreach Team
2. Unable to Contact
3. Referred to Warming Center
4. Unsheltered – Housing Plan in Place
5. Not Currently Appropriate

The following values have been removed:

1. Client Refused Shelter
2. Referral Cancelled
