CT HMIS: MFA - Text Message Issues - Resolved
CT HMIS Community:
We have resolved the texting issues with our telecommunications vendor. The texting option for multi factor authentication (MFA) when logging into Caseworthy has been turned back on. If your original selection for MFA was text, you will now receive a text message the next time you need to authenticate. Caseworthy will require re-authentication every 7 days per device. If your browser cookies & cache are cleared, then you will need to re-authenticate each time they are cleared.
