CT HMIS: MFA - ACTION REQUIRED User Contact Information
CT HMIS Community:
The CT HMIS Caseworthy application will be enabled to require multi-factor authentication (MFA) as of June 1, 2022.
Each user needs to review and verify their contact information prior to launch in order to ensure receipt of the MFA authentication code.
Below you will find a link for a video and a quick guide to help you review and update your information in Caseworthy. All users must go into Caseworthy, review contact information and select a method of MFA communication. Users will receive MFA authentication codes either via text message or email. All users should have a unique mobile number and/or email address in Caseworthy. If user accounts are found with shared mobile numbers or email addresses in Caseworthy, we will contact users and their HMIS Data Coordinator (HDC) to remove or change duplicates.
Please review the following to select your method of MFA and verify your contact information:
MFA is a critical step to improving our security of Caseworthy and HMIS data. We appreciate your patience and support as we implement this requirement.
