This demo shows you the process of opening ART and running a Connecticut report. This is a great demo for those just starting out with ART.

Details

ART( Advanced Reporting Tool)  Report Access

Steps:

  1. Log into ServicePoint (live site)
  2. Look under ServicePoint Modules on the front page.
  3. Click the “Advanced Reporting Tool (ART)” link.
  4. A new window will open, you will see “Business Objectives in the upper left corner
  5. Access the Public Folders (on the left hand side) by clicking on the “+” website.
  6. Access the “Connecticut_live_folder” by clicking on the “+” sign.
  7. Now access  the existing report folders, click on the folder name to view the contents of the folder, or on the plus icon to reveal sub-folders.
  8. Access one of these reports by placing clicking on the title
  9. A prompt will load and any questions with a red arrow should be clicked on, follow the steps below for choosing a provider from a provider prompt.
    1. On the left side you will see a list of organizations. You may have to click the REFRESH double arrow button.
    2. Choose your organization and carry it over to the right side of the screen (Provider Creating Box) by double clicking twice on each one.
    3. If you have more than one program press and hold the “shift key” and select all of them and click the right pointing arrow.
    4. Select Run Query on the upper right-hand side.
    5. Go to SAVE > Save as … to choose the file format you’d like to keep the report in.
