Servicepoint Downtime – 2/1/2011

The CT HMIS Servicepoint system had an un-planned outage this morning beginning at 11:30 AM and was back online at 1:05 PM. The outage was caused by a hardware malfunction, which has been addressed by our staff and we will continue to monitor the systems.
