The CT HMIS CaseWorthy software system has been successfully upgraded. As with most complex upgrades a few issues are presenting and Nutmeg Consulting and our software vendor are working to resolve them.
To keep up to date on the latest issues, it’s advised you review the “Known Issues” document linked below. This document is updated by support staff and will inform you if the issue you are experiencing is already being worked on or is new and you should contact Support.
Additionally, we have an open support meeting from 10AM to 4PM from 10/12 to 10/14.Where you can log in and immediately talk to our support staff.
