Introduction to the HUD 40118 APR

ServicePoint can generate a HUD APR out of the box by going to the REPORTS > PROVIDER REPORTS > HUD 40118 APR.

The HUD APR is a Backdate sensetive report, which means you must be sure to backdate any data entry to the appropriate date, usually the Start/Entry date, or the Exit date of the program to ensure a correct APR. One of the best documents avaiable for trouble shooting your APR is Bowman's HUD 40118 documentation.
